I started out on my Tai Chi journey in 1996. I really enjoyed the classes, feeling happier and more energised each time, the combination of meditation and exercise together was inspirational. My instructor was Master Liming Yue, and he has been my constant teacher and guide during the following years.


After several years of instruction, Master Liming Yue suggested that I could set up and teach Tai Chi classes in my local area. I didn’t think that I was ready at the time, however many of my friends were also hearing about the health benefits of Tai Chi and asked me to create classes for them as well.

I took the plunge and found teaching Tai Chi to my friends and local community highly enjoyable, luckily, so did they!


I have been teaching Tai Chi & Qigong exercises to students from different parts of the country and world for over 20 years, and my passion and enthusiasm is undimmed.

Now over 24 years later, as a result of my enthusiasm for Tai Chi, and the effect of many years of training the Tai Chi way, at the age of 60 my movement and physicality is the same as when in my 40’s, but with a vast amount of training, experience, knowledge and skills to offer. Teaching Tai Chi classes online has been in my mind for some time, and I am really excited to offer you the opportunity to join me on your own journey, and to enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi & Qigong for yourselves.
